Vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace is a furnace that conducts protective sintering of heated items in a vacuum environment,. Choosing appropriate atmosphere sintering for different materials is beneficial for the sintering process, improving the degree of densification of products, and obtaining good performance products. Vacuum atmosphere furnaces commonly use various atmospheres such as vacuum, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and inert gases (such as argon). For example, transparent alumina ceramics can be sintered in a hydrogen atmosphere, transparent ferroelectric ceramics should be sintered in an oxygen atmosphere, and nitride ceramics such as aluminum nitride should be sintered in a nitrogen atmosphere. Sometimes, in order to protect sintering coordination, it is also necessary to operate in a protective atmosphere. If the molybdenum wire furnace is suitable for hydrogen supply, the tungsten wire furnace should work under vacuum conditions.
